Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 thick garlic clove(s)
- some ginger
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of chives
- 8 basil leaves

Place the low-fat quark in a blender, wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and deseed them. Peel the garlic and ginger. Add all the other ingredients to the blender and blend. Season to taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
