Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Vinegar (honey vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp pesto, green
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • possibly balsamic vinegar cream
  • possibly basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tomato-mozzarella in a different way

Slice the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Then drizzle with oil and vinegar. Slice the mozzarella and place it on top of the tomatoes. Mix the honey, mustard, and pesto together and spread it over the mozzarella with a teaspoon. Finally, season with basil and balsamic vinegar, if desired.
