Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 4 cocktail tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 dash of olive oil
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Seasoned salt (tomato-mozzarella salt)
- Basil, fresh or frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
to baguette, crackers & co.
Finely chop the tomatoes and mozzarella using a hand blender, QuickChef, or similar. Add the cream cheese, tomato paste, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and basil and mix. Season with salt, pepper, and tomato-mozzarella salt. Tastes great on crispbread, baguette, crackers, etc.
