Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of lamb’s lettuce
  • 4 tbsp feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp cheese (Pecorino 32% fat), grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or other oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Deseed and finely dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the lamb’s lettuce. Mix with the feta cheese and pecorino. Stir in the olive oil until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
