Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 pack of mozzarella, light (drained weight 125g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp, leveled mustard
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
- 2 tbsp water
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella and arrange both on a plate, alternating between the two. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and water with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar, then drizzle over the salad.
