Tomato-mozzarella salad with balsamic dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, light (drained weight 125g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp, leveled mustard
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella and arrange both on a plate, alternating between the two. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and water with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar, then drizzle over the salad.
