Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 750 g tomatoes
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g nuts (or pine nuts)
  • some salt and pepper
  • some oregano

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

A recipe for warm summer days.

Knead the flour, butter, salt, and egg into a dough and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a quiche dish and place the dough, leaving a small border, in the dish. Mix the crème fraîche with the lemon juice and spread it over the dough. Place the sliced ​​tomatoes on top. Drizzle the vinegar and oil over the tomatoes, sprinkle the nuts on top, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Bake for about 30 minutes.
