Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 tomatoes
- ½ honeydew melon(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 4 tsp honey
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 2 slices of toast
- e.g. salt and pepper
- some honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the tomatoes and honeydew melon, dice the feta cheese, and finely slice the spring onions. Make a dressing with honey, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Toast the bread, cut it into pieces, and pour it over the salad. Finally, drizzle with a little honey.
