Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- n. B. Oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 250 g frozen shrimp tails
- 1 tbsp oil (thyme-lemon oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
Slice the tomatoes, dice the onion, and place both in a bowl. Add oil, salt, and pepper. Thaw the shrimp and drain. Then fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and continue cooking briefly. Remove the shrimp and drizzle with thyme-lemon oil. Serve with the tomato salad.
