Tomato sauce with tuna and mozzarella

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • Olive oil for frying
  • 1 can tomato(s), chopped (400 g)
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • basil, shredded
  • Oregano, shredded
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 1 garlic clove(s), pink

Instructions

a delicious tomato sauce for all kinds of pasta

First, finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with plenty of olive oil until translucent. Then reduce the heat (or remove the pan from the heat completely for a moment) and add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Season the sauce with basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Now add the tuna, cut the mozzarella into small pieces, and add it too. Stir everything well and then turn the heat up a bit. Stir occasionally until the mozzarella melts and becomes stringy. Remove the pan from the heat and finally press a clove of garlic into the sauce. Serve immediately.
