Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the butter and sauté the diced onion until golden brown. Then add the leek and fry briefly. Dust with flour and fry briefly, then pour in half of the stock. Then add the fish and stock, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, stir in the Parmesan cheese and enough stock to give the sauce the desired consistency. If you like the sauce stringy, you can use grated pizza cheese instead of Parmesan. Serve the sauce with spaghetti or other pasta.
