Tomato soup from the Thermomix

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g onion(s)
  • 25 g butter
  • 25 g flour
  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 tsp Fondor
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 slices of processed cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • 50 g soup noodles

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the onions for 5 seconds on speed 5. Add the butter and flour and heat: Varoma setting for 5 minutes once the temperature is reached. Halve the tomatoes and remove the stems, add them, and chop for 1 minute on speed 10. Then add the water, vegetable stock powder, Fondor, sugar, and salt. Cook everything for 10 minutes on speed 1 at 100°C. Quarter the cheese and add it. Cook for a further 2 minutes on speed 4. Add the cream and mix for 20 seconds on speed 10. Finally, add the soup noodles and heat for 5 minutes on speed 2, stirring setting at 90°C.
