Tomato Soup with Chicken
The perfect tomato soup with chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 320 g Chicken breast fillets
- 1 tsp Meat seasoning mix
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 400 g Chunky tomatoes (can)
- 2 Stems Fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 400 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper
- 8 Discs Baguette
- Rinse the chicken fillets with cold water and pat dry, cut into large cubes. Mix the meat with the meat seasoning mixture. Wash and clean the fennel and chop coarsely. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the meat with the onion and garlic mixture in it. Add the fennel, sauté everything for 3-4 minutes. Add the stock, tomatoes and 1-2 stems of thyme. Season the soup with salt and pepper and cook 15 Let simmer for min.
