Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 750 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 125 ml Cremefine
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Low-calorie and vegetarian

Sauté the onions in a pan until translucent. Then add the crushed tomatoes, corn, and crème fraîche. Cook for 5 minutes, then season and sprinkle with parsley.
