Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 1 small onion(s), finely diced
  • ¾ liter tomato juice
  • 1 small can of corn
  • Basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

easy and fast

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the finely diced onion until translucent. Pour in the tomato juice and add the drained corn. Heat everything together and serve sprinkled with fresh basil.
