Tomato soup with orange juice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¾ liter vegetable broth
  • ¼ liter orange juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy

Peel the garlic and onion and dice very finely. Sauté in oil. Add the tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes. Blend everything with a hand blender. After about 15 minutes, add the orange juice, stir it in, and then season the soup with salt, pepper, and sugar.
