Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 2 large cans of tomatoes, peeled
- 400 g minced meat
- 125 g rice, parboiled
- 1 tsp sugar
- some olive oil
- Broth, granulated
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- Paprika powder, hot

Peel and dice the onions, then sauté in olive oil in a large pot until translucent. Add the tomatoes, heat briefly, and blend thoroughly. Season with granulated stock. Add the rice and simmer for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the ground beef in olive oil until golden brown. After 15 minutes, add to the soup. Season to taste with sugar, salt, pepper, curry powder, and paprika.
