with puff pastry
Let the puff pastry thaw slightly. Slice the tomatoes and olives, oil the baking sheet (you can also use baking paper). Place the puff pastry on the baking sheet, slightly overlapping. Spread a thin layer of mustard. Then spread the cheese on top. Top with the tomatoes and olives. Put about 6 tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl, press in the garlic, and mix. Spread the garlic oil over the tart. Finally, sprinkle with thyme and pepper. If you like, you can also top the tart with other ingredients, such as tuna, salami, or fresh mushrooms. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the tart for about 20-30 minutes.
