Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 100 g peppers, pickled from the jar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chives, fresh or dried
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco
  • some salt
  • Sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

suitable for barbecue season

Finely chop the bell pepper and onion. Mix with tomato ketchup, oil, and lemon juice. Add the chives. Then season with the remaining ingredients. Pairs perfectly with grilled meat!
