Tomato – Tuna – Pasta

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 can of tuna, natural
  • 35 g pasta (e.g. penne)
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 2 sprigs basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the tomatoes and chop the garlic. Drain the tuna and cut it into small pieces. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Heat the oil. Sauté the tomatoes for about 2 minutes, add the garlic and tuna, and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the capers. Season with salt and pepper. Slice the basil and add it to the pan. Drain the pasta and stir it into the tomato and tuna mixture.
