Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 4 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Spice(s), e.g. chili or fondor
  • oil
  • e.g. cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook spaghetti as usual until al dente. Use a vegetable peeler to cut the zucchini and carrots into thin, long strips. Quickly fry them in a pan with a little oil until al dente. Then add the pasta, stir in the tuna, heat through, and season to taste. Add a dash of cream, if desired. It’s delicious and light, especially in summer!
