Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g zucchini
- 1 onion(s)
- 40 g green olives
- 500 g tomato puree
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp basil, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the zucchini and onions. Sauté both in olive oil, add the tomato puree, and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes. Halve the olives and add them to the sauce along with the basil.
