Yrttybaguette in Finnish, a delicious bread at all barbecues

Sift flour into a bowl and make a well in the dough. Crumble in the yeast and sprinkle over the sugar. Add a little water and mix with a little flour to form a pre-dough. Let it rise for about 15 minutes. Then gradually add the salt and the remaining water (you may not need all of it) and knead into a smooth dough. Dust the herbs with a little flour and work them in along with the oil while kneading. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes; it should double in size. Then divide it into two equal parts, roll out, and roll into baguettes. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with a little water, and cut a few slits into the dough with a sharp knife. Cover and let rise for another 15 minutes, then brush with milk and sprinkle with coarsely chopped sunflower seeds. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Tip: If you like, you can also roll in a thin strand of garlic butter; it tastes delicious!
