Tomatoes – Eggs – Salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 10 tomatoes
  • 10 onions
  • 10 eggs
  • 500 ml mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and tasty and perfect for the barbecue party

Cut the tomatoes into eighths, halve the onions, and thinly slice them. Mix with the mayonnaise. Then, while still hot (important!), hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and slice them with an egg slicer. Add them immediately to the tomato and onion mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious warm but also cold. Best served with grilled meat or eaten on its own with fresh baguette.
