Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 20 chicken wings
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 4 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- 1 tsp chili powder or Chinese paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 5 garlic cloves, pressed
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
for grilling or frying
Wash the chicken wings as usual and pat them dry with a cloth. Mix the oil, honey, and spices together and marinate the chicken wings for at least 2 hours. Pan-fry or grill them for 10 minutes with a little oil. Serve with a light garden salad and wedges.
