Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese or feta cheese
  • n. B. garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • lots of tarragon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with tarragon and feta cheese

Wash the tomatoes and roughly chop them (into 8 to 12 pieces, depending on their size). Remove the fresh sheep’s cheese or feta cheese from the package and dice it finely. Place the tomato pieces, the cheese cubes, salt, and pepper in a large baking dish. Peel the garlic and press it in to taste. Drizzle with plenty of tarragon and olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (convection oven) for about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot. Serve with baguette. Note: After just a few minutes, the whole house will smell like the old town of Nice. With just a few ingredients, the tomatoes are also a great side dish to a Mediterranean dish or as a starter at a barbecue.
