Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g tomatoes, small, fully ripe
- 125g mozzarella
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 pinch(s) garlic powder, or a fresh clove
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp, heaped sugar
- 1 tbsp condensed milk or cream
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Drain the mozzarella and slice them as well. Arrange the tomato slices in a circle on two plates, sandwiching the mozzarella slices between them. Sprinkle the basil leaves over the tomatoes. Combine the marinade ingredients and beat lightly. Then spread them over the tomato and mozzarella slices. Serve with freshly baked baguette.
