Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 35 g butter
- 75 g onion(s)
- 1 tbsp, heaped parsley, chopped
- herbal salt
- Pepper, white
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and dice the onion. Heat butter in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Season with herb salt and pepper. Add the parsley and sauté briefly. Stir in the breadcrumbs and fry for a few more minutes. Season to taste and serve as a topping on mashed potatoes, purée, or mashed potatoes.
