Torta Alla Cioccolata

- 5 Eggs
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 80 g Butter
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 2 tbsp Food starch
- 200 g Block chocolate
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease a round springform pan.
- Melt the butter, separate the eggs. Put the egg yolks together with the sugar in a bowl and beat them with the mixer until frothy.
- Mix the flour, cornstarch and almonds and slowly stir in a spoonful. Add the melted and cooled butter and stir carefully.
- Now beat the egg whites into egg whites. Pull this evenly under the dough and pour the dough into the springform pan.
- Put the cake in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes. Now place aluminum foil on the surface and bake for another ten minutes. Remove the cake from the mold and let it cool down.
- Melt the block chocolate in a warm water bath and cover the cake with it. Let the glaze cool completely before serving.
