Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g arugula
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- ½ bunch radishes
- 4 tomatoes
- 250 g tortellini, fresh, filling as desired
- some olives, green
- 1 small bottle(s) of dressing (Sylter salad dressing)
- 1 pack ready-made salad dressing mix paprika and herbs
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
Instructions

perfect summer salad, also as a main course
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Remove the tough stems from the arugula and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Dice the mozzarella, radishes, and tomatoes, and halve the olives. Place everything in a bowl and sprinkle the paprika and herbs over the top. Add the dressing and mix well. Finally, carefully stir in the tortellini and season with the spices. This goes perfectly with a warm herb baguette and a glass of white wine.
