Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tortellini with cheese filling, fresh
- Salt
- 100 g butter
- 12 sage leaves
- 500 g tomatoes
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Sugar
- black pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat the tortellini in salted water. Melt the butter. Sauté the sage leaves over low heat. Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and slice them. Sauté briefly. Season with vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper.
