Tortellini leek soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of tortellini (e.g. with meat filling)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the leek, trim off any inedible parts, and thinly slice the rest. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the leek. Pour in the vegetable stock. Cook the tortellini in the soup according to the instructions. Serve the finished soup garnished with chives. This soup serves 4 people as a starter or 2 people as a main course.
