Tortellini pan with chicken breast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tortellini
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 zucchini
  • 5 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 200 g sour cream
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly broth
  • possibly oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the chicken breast and sear it. Season with curry, salt, and pepper and remove from the pan. Slice the zucchini and dice the tomatoes and bell peppers, and sauté in the frying fat, adding a little more oil if necessary. Add the diced chicken and stir in the sour cream. Fold in the cooked, drained tortellini and season again generously with curry, salt, and pepper. If it becomes too thick, stir in a little more broth.
