Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast or turkey breast
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of cheese (cheese cubes)
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • possibly oregano
  • oil

If desired, you can mix the breadcrumbs with oregano. Coat each meatball first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Finally, fry the meatballs in hot oil until golden brown.
