Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tortellini with vegetable or cheese filling
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 large bell pepper(s), red
- ½ pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
- ½ pack of seasoning mix (salad topping “Garden Herbs”)
- 1 jar salad mayonnaise, approx. 500 g
- ½ cup of cream, approx. 200 g content
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. In the meantime, dice the washed spring onions, the washed and deseeded bell pepper, and the feta cheese. Mix the mayonnaise with a little cream to prevent the sauce from becoming too thick. Stir in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. When the tortellini are tender, combine everything and let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
