Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tortellini with cheese filling
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 can of corn
- 3 spring onions
- 1 pot of natural yogurt (150 g)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt water
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Garlic granules

totally easy and quick to prepare
Prepare the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions, drain, and let cool completely. Dice the bell pepper, slice the leek into thin rings, and place them in a bowl with the corn. Add the yogurt and mayonnaise, season with spices, and mix well. Add the tortellini, mix everything again, and refrigerate the salad until ready to serve. My tip: Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. However, it’s best to take it out of the refrigerator half an hour before serving, as it tastes best at room temperature—then the tortellini won’t be as hard on the inside!
