Tortellini Salad Caprese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini with cheese filling
  • salt water
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 300 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 pot of basil
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • some milk, if necessary
  • some spice mix (tomato seasoning)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tortellini in salted water until tender, drain, and then let cool. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve or quarter them, depending on their size. Peel the onion and dice them. Pick the basil leaves from the vine and wash them. Mix everything in a bowl with the sour cream. Add the balsamic vinegar and season with salt, pepper, and tomato seasoning. Add a little milk, if desired, to make the salad creamier.
