Tortellini Salad with Zucchini and Ham and Tomatoes

- 250 g Tortellini with meat filling
- 150 g Zucchini
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 200 g Boiled ham,
- 0,5 bunch Spring onion (noun)
- 0,5 Glass Mayonnaise
- 0,5 cups Sour cream
- 1 shot Milk
- Salt pepper
- Cook the tortellini (I always use the dry ones and not the ones from the cooling shelf) until they are al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Dice tomatoes, zucchini and ham. Cut the spring onions into small pieces. Mix the mayonnaise with the milk and the sour cream. Pour the sauce over the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Let the salad steep for approx. 2 – 3 hours. If it is not creamy enough for you because the tortellini have absorbed too much liquid, just add a little more milk. Enjoy the meal 🙂
