Tortellini salad with zucchini and ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tortellini
  • 150 g zucchini
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • ½ jar mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

excellent for cold buffets or for grilling

Cook the tortellini until al dente and let cool. Finely dice the tomatoes, zucchini, and ham. Finely chop or mince the spring onions. Mix the mayonnaise with the milk and sour cream and press in the garlic. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Pour the sauce over the ingredients, mix, and let it simmer for about 2-3 hours.
