Tortellini – Savoy Cabbage – Gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large savoy cabbage, approx. 1 kg
  • 4 peppers, red, approx. 800 g
  • 2 tsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Tarragon, dried
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g processed cheese, 20-25% fat
  • 4 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • Paprika powder
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 500 g tortellini, fresh from the refrigerated section, vegetarian filling

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Trim and slice the savoy cabbage and bell peppers. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry both for 5-10 minutes. Season with tarragon and deglaze with the broth. Melt the cheese spread in it and season the sauce with salt, pepper, mustard, paprika, and nutmeg. Place the tortellini in a baking dish, spread the vegetable sauce on top, and bake the gratin in a preheated oven at 220°C (gas mark 3, fan oven 180°C) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. 6.5 points per serving.
