Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 cannelloni
  • 250 g leaf spinach, frozen, thawed
  • g cream cheese, grainy (0.4% fat)
  • 300 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • basil
  • oregano
  • rosemary
  • Cheese (Gouda and Parmesan)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

the quantity is for 2 women

Mix the spinach with the cream cheese, press in the garlic clove, and season with salt and pepper. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and arrange them in a baking dish. Season the passata with the herbs, salt, and pepper and pour over the cannelloni. Place Gouda slices on one half and sprinkle the other with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (convection oven) at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes. I more or less invented it myself, and it tasted fantastic! Very low-calorie, quick recipe.
