Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- some oil
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tbsp vegetable stock powder
- 300 g cream or cremefine for cooking
- some salt and pepper
- 800 g tomatoes, chopped from the can
- basil
- oregano
- Thyme
- 800 g tortellini, vegetarian filled, from the refrigerated section
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the onion into small pieces and fry in hot oil. Add water, vegetable stock, cream, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil. Add the tomatoes and simmer. Then add the tortellini and herbs and continue cooking until cooked through.
