Tortellini with broccoli

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 250 g tortellini
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, or more
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
  • nutmeg
  • Chives and parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tortellini in broccoli cream sauce

Cook the tortellini in salted water until al dente (about a minute less). Cut the broccoli into small pieces and add them to the tortellini 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain the pasta water through a sieve and return the tortellini and broccoli to the pot. Add the garlic (crushed or finely chopped), a splash of white wine, a little vegetable stock and salt, the cream, the cream cheese, and the Parmesan cheese. Heat everything while stirring until smooth. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and some parsley or chives and serve immediately.
