Baked apple rice pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 125 ml water
  • 500 ml milk (Winter Dream Baked Apple)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), grated peel
  • 200 g rice
  • 3 large apples
  • Cinnamon and sugar
  • possibly raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the milk, water, Winter Dream Baked Apple Milk, salt, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest to a boil. Add the rice and simmer uncovered until soft. Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples, add them to the rice, and stir briefly. Garnish with cinnamon and sugar and serve lukewarm.
