Tortellini with crème fraîche

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tortellini
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 100 ml broth
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tortellini in salted water. Dice the onion and sauté it in a pan with a little oil. Add the broth. Add the cheese spread and stir until melted. Mix in the crème fraîche and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss the sauce with the tortellini and serve.
