Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, waxy
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into small wedges or pieces. Place them in a large bowl and drizzle with oil. Stir well to coat the potatoes evenly. Add salt, pepper, and rosemary to taste. Stir thoroughly again to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the potatoes for 20 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 200°C (fan oven) and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
