Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can of corn
- 1 small onion(s)
- n. B. garlic
- 1 potato(s)
- 1 shot of oil
- 1 cup sour cream or soy cream cheese, optional
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Vegetarian
Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan until translucent. Then peel and finely chop the potatoes, and add them. When the potatoes are almost cooked (this will vary depending on the size of the pieces), add the drained kidney beans, the garlic (as desired, whole, chopped, powdered, or not at all), and the drained corn. Next, crumble the tortilla chips in the bag, ideally by kneading the bag. Do this carefully over a plate or in the pan! It will make a huge mess without a surface. Now add the chip crumbs to the pan and fold them in. Serve, seasoning with sour cream, salt, and pepper to taste. Note: Because of the tortilla chips, the muesli will become just as soft after a while as real muesli would be. So it’s best to eat it right away; it probably won’t taste as good cold.
