Toughened Feta Mini Meatballs

The perfect toughened feta mini meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Ground beef
  • 1 Diced shallot
  • 0,5 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 0,5 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Harissa paste
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 1 pinch Smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder
  • 50 g Feta
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  1. Knead all ingredients except for the oil and the feta in a bowl! Since I can’t try a raw mince, I warm up a crumb in the microphone … Smile 🙂 But it also works in the pan you take, or whoever can raw … Then maybe add some more seasoning!
  2. Form 12 balls out of the hack and flatten them nicely on a board! Cut the feta into 6 slices and place on 6 of the flattened minced meat. Then place the unoccupied pieces on the feta and press them all around, then press them tight again in your hand so that the mini meatball is nice and compact!
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for about 6 minutes on each side!
  4. There was also the LOW CARB vegetable casserole!
