Ingredients
- 1 kg Roast beef
- 2 packet Kenya beans
- 2 packet Snow peas
- 2 Pc. Pear
- 50 g Cranberries
- 5 tsp Mango chutney
- 1 Pc. Leek
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Take 1 kg of roast beef out of the refrigerator one hour before preparation. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then fry the meat all around with a little oil in a roasting pan, then season with salt and pepper. Cook on the middle shelf in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. Let rest for a few minutes before cutting. The roast beef is ready when it is still pink on the inside.
- 2 Clean the packages of kenya beans (approx. 500 g) and place in boiling water for 3 minutes. Do the same with the snow peas, but leave them in the boiling water for only 2 minutes. Pouring off.
- Core the pear and cut into slices. Put a handful of cranberries in a pan. Also clean the leek and cut into small pieces. Add the beans and pods and sauté everything with the mango chutney in the pan for about 5 minutes. Season with a pinch of cinnamon and salt and pepper.
