Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of corn
- 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
- Vinegar
- Sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Dice the bell peppers and place them in a bowl with the corn. Add a little vinegar, oil, and a little water, if desired. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Let the salad stand for a while.
