Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour, 200 g trail mix
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 100 g almonds
- 2 eggs
- 75 ml oil
- 50 g honey
- 50 g maple syrup
- 300 ml buttermilk
- Fat for the mold
Instructions

enough for approx. 12 pieces
Blanch the almonds, then peel and finely grind them. Roughly chop the trail mix. Mix the almonds with the trail mix, flour, and baking powder. Whisk the eggs. Stir the oil, honey, maple syrup, and buttermilk into the eggs. Gradually stir in the trail mix. Grease a muffin tin and fill with the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Remove from the tin immediately and let cool.
